Families may attend upon Lisa, in order to participate in counselling sessions, as a consequence of a Court Order, a Consent Order, or by agreement between parties and/or their solicitors. 

It is important for you to know that the reporting process from such sessions is PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL; that Lisa is unable to provide any information discussed in these sessions to the Court, including her notes. The sessions may ultimately be used to help resolve and settle any disputes.
